I think I did better with my food intake today. My husband made me a sandwich for lunch and it wasn't exactly the greatest nutrient wise. He made himself one with summer sausage, cheese, and mayo and I guess he made me one too. I know he was trying to be helpful but we don't eat the same and I have a hard time saying anything because I don't want to come off as a bia. Any suggestions would be helpful because I tend to come off pretty harsh. I avoided the cake at work. I don't understand why they have to constantly have cake there. I made some delicious turkey chili for dinner. Perfect for a cold rainy day. I switched up my boxing for kickboxing. My legs are so sore! I still managed to walk my pups though. Now I don't want to stand/walk/ect.
