I have been on SP for 32 days and have lost 11 pounds. This week after all this time seems to be really hard. I am hungry!
I am doing the 28 day boot camp and I am getting close to finishing week 3. It has went really well. I am so proud of what I have accomplished.
But today all I wanted to do was eat and eat and eat........
I slipped up and ate 2 cookies that were in the plan but I still felt like I wanted something with protein.
It has been suggested that if I tried smaller meals several times a day it may help. So I am off to check out the site to see what I can learn. I also took a shopping trip after work and bought more fresh vegetables that I can snack on without worry.
Here is to a better day tomorrow and the ability to stick with my goals!
