Am I invisible?

I need help. I have been asking on here for help. No one has responded. I am starting to think I am invisible, which, think about it, could be awesome! You could do ANYTHING!!!!!!! but wow. it would also big time suck.
Am I invisible?
Does anyone care?
I need help.
Please help me.
I don't know how to lose weight.
I feel like I am on a slippery slope.
I know it's not YOUR responsibility to make me lose weight. but I don't know what to do.
is there anybody out there?

    You are not invisible. Sometimes if you don't get a response go and make a post on the teams and you will find that they do respond there. Just make sure that the team is active or you will not get a response to it. As for you not losing weight it could be that your body got used to what you are doing and you need to kick it up a notch to get your body to lose weight.

    I think that one of the things you need to do is to wrap your head around losing weight. It's not magic . . . you need to eat healthy, probably less and - you probably need to increase your activity level. That being said - have have gained/lost/gained/lost more times than I care to think about.

It's NOT about losing weight . . . you need to make up your mind to get healthy. Do you eat lots of fast foods? Processed foods? That is an area that you can immediately change - look up some healthy recipes and eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Pile your plate(s) with fresh, seasonal veggies and salads.

Are you a good cook? If you are, you may need to look at your cooking style and cook differently. Add lots of herbs/seasonings (NOT Salt) ... they add flavor with very few additional calories.

Drink lots of water - our bodies are made up of a lot of water. . .you need it to keep your body in balance.

What do you do to exercise? Do you exercise? If you don't - start out by walking . . . even if it is a few minutes at a time - if you are not used to moving - that is a GREAT place to start and no exercise equipment is needed. You just need a pair of sneakers and off you go (you may want to grab your iPod and walk around the neighborhood - or take the dog for a walk.

These are just a few ideas. . .there are endless possibilities once you get started. BUT - the only one that can make those small, subtle changes is YOU!
