Is any one else having trouble getting all 15 points on the food tracker....yesterday I noticed I only got 14 even thought it was all filled out...
and today it was 13, but I was able to get up too 14 again.....

any help would be appreciated

    spark points are getting very difficult I track more than 15 items but even then the feedback always says ate below goal just fed up am here more for the friends I have made enjoy them

    I haven't noticed to be honest. I track everything, but many days I don't have 15 items unless I break something down into smaller servings and add it a second time. I'll pay attention when I track next and see.

    hey I am lucky to get 4 points now with this new tracker front page thing
    I am really upset because I am always in range and eat good .. but I only get 1 point for breakfast lunch -- dinner then where they give me other points I add a snack or two...
    so then I might get 5 points -- so so upset .. been quite a few months for me--since they put in the new start page..

    Same as every else , sometimes I have to go back and redo them to get my points, it is like they disappear.

    I haven't gotten all my 15 points either and I track all my food. Not sure why.

    Sometimes I have to go back to the page several times for the points to record correctly.

    My fitness minutes do not record unless I do the quick tracker. I have written to SP and they responded right away with what MIGHT be a solution. I haven't done it yet, but will. They said if it didn't work, to write them again using the same email I wrote and that they answered. I can do it on the quick tracker by just putting minutes total for all exercises.

    Yes, I have. Sometimes, I break something down into 2's to get my 15 points. It's silly, I know.
