Jiggle Arms, Jiggle Arms, Swinging w/o Sound

Thursday, December 19, 2013

At least I can move them well, Moving all around, Oh . . .
Maybe I can tie some bells to them as I move,
Walking, tracking, exercising, staying in the groove!

'Five pounds down by the New Year' is my team's battle cry!
Want to let them in 2013, kiss those five pounds , "Good bye."
But if I don't no one to blame, only me, you see
'Cause that old peanut butter fudge always beckons me.

I need a little help from my friends!

Have a great day! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My down fall of Christmases pasts, is Rum and EggnogÉ..and sweets. For the last five years, I have bought no eggnog. NO weekly trips to the liquor store. Don't even miss it, though the first 6 weeks was the toughest. Being a stubborn person, I became a better health wise person and I have shrunk 10 dress sizes.

Never thought of putting something on my jiggly wings. At least you can make music with them if you do that. As for the fudge how about cutting them into bite size pieces and then putting them in the freezer and only taking out one a week and see how that works for you.
