Rock your resolutions/goals for january

I found the january challenge here on SP, where you basically set your own goals, then share progress/motivation on social media. I think I'll use a spark streak here and blog about it daily through january, maybe even share motivational pics on Pinterest now and then.

I think it's a good opportunity to learn to be more consistent and form new habits. So I think my small, simple goals for january should be:

- Drink your water DAILY. 8 cups, not less.
- Exercise at least 10 minutes every day. Even I should be able to do that.
- Stay away from gluten! (I REALLY need to start taking that more seriously)
- Lose 2 kgs

So come january 1st, I'll set up my new streaks/goals on my page and get going with it! If anyone else wants to tag along and be motivational buddies, please add me to your friends list or let me know. emoticon

    I joined a 100 day challenge with Letha starting Jan. 1.
Have never did that but think it is time to challenge myself.
We set our own goals for this, as well.

    How about adding something along the lines of attitude? That is an area that is often forgotten about and one that I am focusing on this year. It can be something as simple as "listening to others in silence" or "Kindness" or "not seeing ones self as a victim".

Now those would be a challenge for sure and these are the kinds of challenges that truly make the other items we list more meaningful.

Just a thought.

I think your list is very doable and commendable.
