I found the january challenge here on SP, where you basically set your own goals, then share progress/motivation on social media. I think I'll use a spark streak here and blog about it daily through january, maybe even share motivational pics on Pinterest now and then.
I think it's a good opportunity to learn to be more consistent and form new habits. So I think my small, simple goals for january should be:
- Drink your water DAILY. 8 cups, not less.
- Exercise at least 10 minutes every day. Even I should be able to do that.
- Stay away from gluten! (I REALLY need to start taking that more seriously)
- Lose 2 kgs
So come january 1st, I'll set up my new streaks/goals on my page and get going with it! If anyone else wants to tag along and be motivational buddies, please add me to your friends list or let me know.
