Strength Training Week 19 Wednesday Session

Note: Strength training days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Isolation exercises are held as necessary on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.


Tuesday, December 17, 2013; Cardio 75-minutes before breakfast.
Body Weight Squat 1x20, 2x10, 1x5. Progressive Push-ups 1 thru 7, 28


Wednesday, December 18, 2013; Cardio 75-minutes before breakfast.


Body Weight Squat 1x20, 2x10, 1x5


SSB Squat 5x5x66, 5x5x86, 1x5x116 (55 Reps for 4,380 Lbs.) Increased weight until I felt the adductors starting to complain. emoticon Workshop temperature was 48-degrees and easier on my joints. emoticon


Overhead Press 2x5x45, 3x5x65, 3x3x85 (34 Reps for 2,190 Lbs.). Cold weather was not as bad. emoticon


Deadlift 1x5x135, 1x5x185 (10 Reps for 1,600).

Total volume for Wednesday 99 Reps for 8,170 pounds. Have a good lift, Earl emoticon
