SSB Squat 5x5x66, 5x5x86, 1x5x116 (55 Reps for 4,380 Lbs.) Increased weight until I felt the adductors starting to complain.
Workshop temperature was 48-degrees and easier on my joints.
Overhead Press 2x5x45, 3x5x65, 3x3x85 (34 Reps for 2,190 Lbs.). Cold weather was not as bad.
Deadlift 1x5x135, 1x5x185 (10 Reps for 1,600).
