Survival For the Holidays - No Gain Plan

As I indicated in an earlier blog, I am going to use challenges from BLC to maintain my weight (or perhaps lose a pound or two).
Starting on Friday through Tuesday I will F.O.C.U.S. every day:
FREGGIES: 7 Servings of fruits and veggies
ORGANIZE: 30 minutes of whatever it takes to distress (paperwork, housework, etc.)
CARDIO: At least 30 minutes of cardio
UMPH: Strength/Toining: 10 sets of 10 Reps
STAY ON TRACK: Track every, bite, lick and taste! (Good, bad and ugly).
For today and Thursday - I will do ST and/or seated cardio activities
