I am now back-pedaling a bit from my last blog--Weight Watchers seems so comfortable for me, and it works--so, I am thinking that leaving that way of food tracking would be a mistake for me. I'm staying about 10 pounds over my goal these days--which isn't horrible--it's still a maintenance of 90 pounds lost--and that isn't anything to scoff at--right?? I've switched up my weigh in habits for the moment--back to once a week (weight loss mode) instead of daily (maintenance mode). I have selected Thursday AM, because I am ALWAYS at my house--with my scale on that day (not at the BF's house), so no excuses to myself for scale inconsistency.
I have been struggling significantly with controlling myself around sweets, and I have been finding myself completely permissible with myself to go wayyyyy over board.....frequently. I need to make some small steps to reign it in. It starts TODAY!
