Amazing change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night I binged... I was under my calories for the night and then the night munchies took over. Not proud of it but it happened. This morning I woke up feeling not so great, so I planned to eat more since I felt gross about myself. Sounds disgusting and screwed up, but it's the truth.

So I got ready to go to the gym (skipped it yesterday) and I only did that because everyone in my family was leaving at that time and I wanted to get some junk food. I can't believe I'm even typing this because it's so gross. But anyway, i went to the grocery store and a weird thing happened. I DID NOT WANT TO BUY OR EAT ANY JUNK FOOD!!!! What was on my list was bean and cheese burritos, Doritos and chip dip. I decided I didn't want to feel gross all day and feel the same way tomorrow. Instead I bought a Fitness RX magazine and Eggbeaters. Also some fruit popsicles (I wanted juice so bad). This was an amazing start to the morning!!!

And then..... you guessed it!!! I went to the gym!! After I got done there, feeling good, I walked the dog as well!!! I might even try my Pilates dvd that has been collecting dust for months =)

I was praying last night to have God take my gross habit away and maybe He did!!! I am so blessed!!

    Woubbie- I agree, I totally needed to eat more during the day. But I know I didn't really eat because I was hungry. I just wanted to eat I think!! But it didn't help matters to be under calorie goal for the day... emoticon

    Excellent!!! You should print this blog out and keep a copy in your purse as a reminder!

    I do have to wag a finger at you for one thing, though. You are not doing yourself any favors by under-eating. Low carb does not work that way. If you're hungry in the evening it's probably because you didn't eat enough all day. (I wish I had a copy of Why We Get Fat.. with me here at work, because Gary Taubes has a perfect explanation of why starving yourself is counterproductive - and that is doubly true if you tend to be a binge eater. I'll look it up when I get home tonight and try to remember to post it later.)
