Well, back at it at the gym last night. Felt good to work off some of the stress of the last few days. Thanks to all who commented on my blog yesterday. I did give the kids a hug last night and look forward to next Friday when we leave for Florida for a few days of snorkeling and diving. And I should get to watch my Bearcats play in their bowl game. I am now looking forward to this trip more than many in the past. Just some time alone with me and my kids.
I think I have finally gotten back on track with my eating. But did notice one weird thing. I hadnít update my calorie needs in awhile but the lower limit was set at 1750. And I found that so hard to meet. I broke down and bought the spark people app last night and updated some stuff. My lower calorie range went up to 1850 based on a new date to reach my goal. And yesterday I didnít come anywhere near it! I was super low and wasnít even feeling hungry! Just goes to show 99% of this is mental and the other half is all in your head!
Trust me I know the numbers donít add up. My accounting background makes me acutely aware of that.
