I got 50 minutes of exercise in on the elliptical today. 20 minutes early this a.m. when I couldn't sleep and 30 minutes this evening. I've lost approximately 2 inches around my waist and an inch around my hips since I've taken my last measurements. Nothing seems to have happened with my upper thighs yet though and that's a little frustrating, but progress is progress and I'm still happy! :) I'm measuring myself with a digital measuring tape and it seems to be really accurate...more accurate when compared to just the regular flimsy tape measure.
