I am today grateful for
1. all my Counselor at oakviiew

3. my job
4 for not needing a evening nap
5 for a couple hours of me time tonight
Positive events of today:
1 morning—I was able to stop the possibility of a panic attack
2 afternoon- I was able to start my discharge from oakview so I can go back to work Monday
3, evening—agot my housework done so I get some me time

Okay ACTUAL STATEMENTS FROM INSURANCE CLAIMS
The following are actual statements found on insurance forms where car
drivers attempted to summarise the details of an accident in the fewest
possible words. Some of these are VERY old, in fact I remember my Mother
(who used to work for an insurance company) showing me some of these about
20 years ago. I haven't seen them for a long time, so maybe they will be
