The week is winding down

I know it is only Tuesday, but the holidays fast approaching, it seems time is flying by. Saw a great idea and encouragement on the site about getting in walking each day from now until next week to prepare yourself for the Christmas season. I did get on my treadmill yesterday afternoon, and since today is looking a bit sunny and a tad warmer, I think I will stop by the park and get a mile in today after work. There is so much to do, but I have to learn to take care of me and remember my goals during stressful times in order to succeed.
More fruits and veggies will also be helpful the next week to cut down on calories and prepare for the food that I know will be around.
