So my hubby and I went to the doctor last week. Mostly to establish ourselves with a new primary care doctor, but also because we need help. We talk a big talk about needing to lose weight, but never follow through with the actions to achieve that goal. Being the glutton for punishment that I am, I decided that I needed to start tracking and eating better NOW, rather than waiting until after the holidays and the cookie extravaganza that the next week will be. So I've been back here on SP for a whole seven days. I've had some ups and downs, but I think the important part is that I've stuck with it. I've tracked every bite, good and bad.
