So a quick blog about my plan for the season and goals for the new year.
I am on track to be 168 on Wednesday when I weigh in but I am being realistic with myself and am hoping to start the new year in the 170's....no more than 172. I want to give myself some wiggle room for the holidays and feel that if I don't indulge a little, I will dive headfirst off the wagon and that is the last thing I want to do.
I plan to continue with my protein shake every day...even Christmas morning
I plan to allow myself 1 "nondiet" choice per day and will use portion control with the choices I do make.
I plan to avoid excessive soda intake- I have fallen of the NO soda but I will limit myself
I plan to continue with my streak of exercising every day except Wednesdays
I plan to continue with some form of strength training 2 days weekly- one of them is TNT.
I vow to remain with the remaining warriors during the break and will have 100% participation of WC from me during that break.
This is for me and I deserve this from myself. I have worked to hard to just let go. Please think about that when you slip up....avoid the avalanche!
