I came across this video last night when I was looking for a bedtime yoga sequence to do. I did the first video today. Thought I'd share it with you all just in case you wanted to join in. All of the videos look to be between 10 and 20 minutes long. There's 30 different videos, all by DoYouYoga.com. I'm hoping to stick with these videos, especially with holiday travel coming up. Nice way to get a short, stress-busting workout in.
Side note: Feeling a lot better this afternoon. I stopped taking the Dayquil so I could gauge how I actually feel without the fake superpowers I get from taking it. Still coughing a little, but no major cough attacks, so a step in the right direction. I'm working from home again tomorrow, but will hopefully be back to normal by Wednesday.
