HAPPY HEALTHY MONDAY Walkers! I am looking ahead at my next 7 days and decided I need a definite PLAN
no leaving things to "chance" - "if" I have time I'll exercise
that never works! Here is my PLAN for the next few days before the joy-filled holiday of Christmas
won't you join me on these very needed (prepare for the relatives - I say that with LOVE) stress busting, energy boosting, relative-forgiving (can't resist) miles!!
TODAY-3 Mile Sweat!
TUES-2 Miles (you can break it up and do 1M early in day and 1M later in day)
WED-1 Mile (great metabolism booster)
THURS-3 Mile Sweat!
SUN-3 Mile Sweat! It's a 3-2-1 Plan!
By next Monday, I'll be in my holiday cooking mode so I need this week to get strong for all that heavy lifting! Have a HEALTHY week everybody!-Leslie:):) (double smile!)
