I wore the tracker on my water shoes during this morning's water aerobic class. I was delighted when I came home and checked my tracker results! Over 450 cal. burned for that workout! And the workout was kept separate from any steps before and after the workout! Beautiful, colorful graphs and explanations.
All in all this is very motivating!
Yes, it was expensive. And yes it is a souped up pedometer, but I like the results.
