Happy Monday friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Today, I am showing love to my chest. After my last massage, I was advised that tightness in your chest can contribute to the frozen shoulder because we have a tendency to not use good posture when we are sitting at the computers, etc. Since that time, I have really been trying to do better about sitting up. I need to really spend some more time in the new year making sure that I work my chest/back. I think if I strengthen those areas that I will less prone to injury. I can’t say that my chest is as strong as I would like it by a long shot, but I can say that I am in control of the effort I put in. I am looking forward to putting that to the test. Tomorrow I will be talking about my core.
