I went to my office this morning and found the carpet soaked. Now instead of spending the morning working on the back story for a character in my most recent book, I'm rearranging furniture so they bring in the wet vac.
Got on the scale this morning and found I was slightly over my expectations, but not as bad as I had imagined. Doing a dance class 6 days a week is probably not going to be enough activity for me to burn off what I'm now eating (and drinking). I probably need to add in some intense cardio, if only for 20 minutes. Didn't I say that in the last blog? Grr.
I'm still looking at activity trackers, and trying to decide which one I want. I'm getting a new iPhone next week, so I'll be able to use the fitbit and the flex and all that, and maybe there's an app to track activity just using the phone.
Not much to see here. Still trying to get organized and back to regular sparking...
