My plan to stay on track through the holidays is to continue with what I've been doing:
Track my food
Exercise at least 5 days a week
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily
Weigh-in on Wednesdays
Stay in touch with my team
I may do some baking before Christmas if time permits. I plan to share the goodies with friends and family. If I decide to allow myself to have something, it will be limited and will be added to my tracker. I can have these things anytime I want, so there's no need to go overboard this time of year.
The holidays will also be our break time from the BLC. I will not be taking a break from my plan. My goal is to not post a gain at the beginning of BLC24.
