My Plan To Stay On Track Through The Holidays

My plan to stay on track through the holidays is to continue with what I've been doing:

Track my food
Exercise at least 5 days a week
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily
Weigh-in on Wednesdays
Stay in touch with my team

I may do some baking before Christmas if time permits. I plan to share the goodies with friends and family. If I decide to allow myself to have something, it will be limited and will be added to my tracker. I can have these things anytime I want, so there's no need to go overboard this time of year.

The holidays will also be our break time from the BLC. I will not be taking a break from my plan. My goal is to not post a gain at the beginning of BLC24. emoticon

    Hey girlie! your plan is great-about the same as mine, but I have been very lax in logging my food..I just try to behave b/c I am so swamped with stuff to do right now, and keeping hands busy with crocheting and knitting right now, so that I'm not using them to put food into my mouth!!
I also want to keep my tracker from adding weight!! So I am staying focused on what goes in the mouth!
Pray that your goals become a victory as we end the year 2013!!

    this is close to my plans, but I have already blown the do not go over board with food, and I just forget to track lots of it, who am I fooling, no one at all
