Last week a few changes occurred. The morning drink consists of 8 oz. of water, one helping of fruit, a teaspoon of dehydrated probiotic green stuff, and a cup of kale. Morning snack is a hardboiled egg. Lunch is 1 piece of grain bread with one slice of American cheese, two oz. of turkey, grapes followed by a midafternoon snack which is 1 cups of salad without dressing. Dinner is one helping. Food is not served from the table. Im drinking at least a gallon of water, no sweet drinks, and coffee is a little milk with 1 teaspoons of sugar.

I ordered a Smooth 9.65LC Treadmill ($$$) but it can handle hours of walking without burning out the motor. The treadmill is our Christmas gift to each other. Location, location, location is everything so It will be used in front of our television.

I appreciate all the nice comments I am receiving but I'm hesitant to respond at this point and time. Thank you

    Treadmill in front of the tv is a good idea, I always watch tv when I'm on the treadmill at the gym. It helps to pass the time and makes it easier to log more miles when you're distracted by a good program!
