Ok weighed in this morning at 209.6 and, for those of us counting, that is up 0.4 pounds BUT I was fully dressed and had had a cup of hot chocolate before I remembered to weigh in. SO this leads me to believe that I have probably lost a bit of weight! YAY! (I'm going to celebrate even the little losses!)
I only got in 2 exercise sessions this week, not the 3 I had planned, unless you count the whole day of shopping that I did yesterday...wish I could without feeling guilty lol. So this week's plan is exercise on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday as soon as the kids leave during the week and as soon as I get up on Saturday! Now for my inspirations/motivations!
