Let the bad times roll...
2 steps forward, 1 step back; 1 step forward, 2 steps back... This would be more fun if it were a tango.
Here's this weeks numbers:
Weight : 217.4
Gain : 1.4
Total : 102.6
Up again this week. I really need to get my head out of my proverbial backside and get back to doing the things that I know worked for me in the past. My diet has been terrible, mind you I have been keeping total calories in range, but I'm eating junk. I haven't been to the gym in more than 2 weeks, even though the pain that I had from toes on both feet has subsided (mostly). My not going to the gym has been because of 2 things, 1) being lazy and 2) it's been real cold (California cold, around 35 F at the time I usually go to the gym). The cold just reinforces the laziness, makes me just want to stay curled up in my chair watching episodes of Chuck on Netflix.
So this coming week I am going to TRY to clean up my diet and TRY to get to the gym. I know that if I can get my sh!t together I can get back on track. Problem is that my head seems to be spinning out of control, making it difficult to get anything done.
I guess time will tell if I am able to pull it together or not.
