Sluggish Day 8:
Accumulate at least 15 minutes of walking up stairs or hill climbing (my substitute is Step Ups)
Spend at least 5 - 10 min working your abs ( I substituted with 6 Weeks 6 Packs by Jillian Michaels)
Do at least 5 (or more) reps of yoga throughout the day; cat stretch, pelvic tilts, bridge, side stretch.
Eat at least one serving of fruit with each meal and snack today.
Find a quiet place to sit and close your eyes. Breathe deeply and focus on your breath by counting to three for each inhale and three for each exhale. Continue this for at least two minutes or more. If your mind wanders, notice what you're thinking about and then gently focus on your breath.
Daily Challenge Checklist
Note: I tagged today sluggish because that was what it was to me. I woke really sluggish and late this morning. I could not have my workout in the morning and I think it affected me a lot. I did it this night and I felt tired in 16 min. I think the best time to get your workout in is early in the morning when you are really refreshed.
Lesson learned: You need to do what you have to do anyway. JUST DO IT.
