I have decided to do a super mini goal.
I am so close to my 50 pound weight loss marker, that I have decided to do a short goal. To make this goal I will need to lose 1.8 pounds this week.
I know I can do this and I will make it happenby doing the following:
-lots of protein and veges
-limited sugars and carbs
-do not exceed on my nutrients and calories.
