This last week, adding in almond milk really helped with the protein shakes I take to work with me. They tasted so much better. Getting my at least two cups of veggies per meal (like I'm supposed to) did too, though I admit I didn't do that always for breakfast.
But Classic carb-cycling week one after a slingshot week- went well- 2.6 lbs down! Just under my halfway point for weight loss. Woohoo!
