Sleep issues.

I hate sleep...I am either up for days at a time, or asleep for a day and a half. I wish I could keep a regular schedule. I like to get up because I just want to get up in the middle of the night. I also won't let myself go to sleep at night. Yet, during the day, I wouldn't be able to stay awake if someone offered me a box of kittens. Patience, patience, patience. Every improvement seems to take forever. emoticon

    It's difficult getting sleep on track. A couple of things help me. Maybe they will help you too.

1. Herbal tea. There is sleepy time tea but green tea with a little but of honey helps me to feel relaxed enough at night to sleep.

2. Candles. Lighting candles with nice scents definitely helps me feel relaxed.

3. Try not being on any electronics a while before you go to sleep. (This doesn't always help because I like a little bit of noise.
