Back to It

So I am reflecting on my week and I need to take it up a notch next week. Since I am hosting an open house on Sunday, I have been baking and cooking all week. It has been alittle crazy. With all this cooking, I have not been able to do my normal workouts at the gym everyday. The scale is down, but my energy level is way down. I have been very busy, but I feel the back pain beginning and I know I need to get back to that exercise. My is body is telling me that it needs the exercise.
I feel so much more in tune with my body as I continue on this journey. Now, I need to listen and get back to it.
