Back to (Good!) Old Habits!

I'll be honest--I haven't done well this week. I've only exercised two days so far, I haven't logged every day, and one of the days I did log, I know for a fact I went over on my allotted calories.

Today I decided to reinstate my Nutrisystem plan. I did very well on it when I was a member earlier in the year, and I'm not ashamed to admit I could use the help once again. My order should be coming in early January, and once I've started again, I know it will really be beneficial to my progress.

All in all, though, I'm down half a pound this week, so I really can't complain. Some good habits must be sticking! I am to do better this next week, though, because I know I can.

    such a bad time to try to stick to good habits, but the best time of all, because as long as we are good, all this extra stuff that does not go around and is now we can ignore emoticon
