Batch cooking day equals exercise day

Friday, December 13, 2013

My new place has stairs, computer room is upstairs, and today is batch cooking day!! This means many times up and down the stairs, Jake thinks this is a new game, Annie thinks we are crazy and just watches from her blankets. I have already done my December squat challenge, 130 body squats, and after quite a few trips up and down the stairs, I will be working on some lower body ST.

All is well with myself and the pups. Shoulder still being babied, but it is improving daily! Hopefully I can get back to my upper body ST soon, going a wee bit bonkers about that!

We had a tiny snow storm while the east coast got their big one, very cold during that time, in the single digits. Now back to normal temps for this time of year, I have an upstairs window open to let in some fresh air as it is very nice out.

Talked with my silent neighbor and she said the only time that she hears the pups is when they howl with the sirens and she was very understanding and not bothered by them at all!

Not much else to report on, just settling in, yes I still need to unpack, but I wanted to make sure that this was a good fit for us. Happy to report that it is!

emoticon and have a great day!

I'm glad it's working out well. I wish you well. You must be sick of moving! Glad shoulder is healing. Keep babying it. Love to you and your pups!
