I am feeling DOWN !
emoticon I WON. I am down 4.8 lbs. emoticon
Day 1 Down -3.6 pounds. emoticon
Day 2. Down -1.2 pounds for a total of -4.8 pounds. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
I am THRILLED.




I am JUMPING for Joy. emoticon









Now if I can keep it up for a few more months emoticon until I reach my goal, I will be thrilled. Another day closer to the new reveal.









My day started with a bowl of Chocolate Chia pudding. It was made with 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds, about a cup or more of chocolate almond milk, chocolate vegan protein powder, and some X-Balance which is a blend of greens and chocolate flavoring. Yum.






I blended the Chocolate Chia pudding in the Vita mix so that it was creamy smooth instead of textured like this.







My juice had Clover sprouts, Mung Bean sprouts, 2 bunches of dandelion greens, apples, fresh rosemary, fresh sage, lemon grass, fresh spearmint, fresh turmeric root, fresh oregano, fresh garlic, ginger, grapes, zucchini, cranberries, lemons, bell pepper, spinach, kale, and more. I had about a quart and a half. I drank a quart and a half as I was hungry in the evening. It solved the issue.







Lunch was a bowl emoticon of Chipolte Tomato soup made from the vegetable broth and veggies I cooked the other day, added in 3 whole tomatoes, seasoned with smoked paprika, blended until creamy and smooth. I also had some hot tea and water.







Today I press on.







Today's juice is: Today's juice has Clover sprouts, Mung Bean sprouts, apples, fresh rosemary, fresh sage, lemon grass, fresh spearmint, fresh turmeric root, fresh oregano, fresh garlic, ginger, grapes, zucchini, cranberries, lemons, bell pepper, spinach, kale, and more. I will eat some vegetable soup. Drink some tea emoticon and water. emoticon





I am detoxing from the food. My skin is breaking out, it feels a bit waxy, I am having a few mild headaches. Overall my muscle strength has improved along with my energy. I have had no processed food other than the almond milk for the chia pudding. I feel perkier today. emoticon







Hubby and I walked yesterday. emoticon Our route was about a mile and a half in Sunny California. There was some ice and snow left on the ground from the SNOW STORM that went through last week. I squealed as I slipped on some frozen snow. emoticon emoticon emoticon It feels slipperier when you have MS. Thank goodness I had my Nordic poles to save me. emoticon emoticon It was a beautiful walk.

Your meals look scrumptious!
Do you soak your chia seeds overnight?
I eat them too in a 'sprinkle' with lecithin, hemp hearts, flax seed and a blend of cacao, mesquite, maca. I sprinkle it on yogurt, cereal, soup etc. I might need your inspiration... I have plateaued for the past month - maybe 2. I am regularly 3-500 cals under my fitness calories burned and I eat within my calorie range. I have hit this weight before and stalled out for a year until I gave up and went all crazy on myself and puffed up like a pumpkin. This time I choose not to give up. I am hoping it is a case of my body has to realize my brain is serious. But I might need a little shock to the system too. Any suggestions by chance? I haven't been lower than the weight I am now for over 15 years. Maybe it will just take persistence!

    emoticon emoticon I think it's interesting some of the foods you eat and the beverages you drink. I always thought I ate somewhat healthy, but I won't deny I do eat some stuff from a bag. I do eat chicken, but try and eat the kind that doesn't have chemicals in it. I do eat apples, but have been switching over to organic apples when I can find them at the store. I drink bottled water, but never did think about hot tea. These are some wonderful ideas!
