I loved zumba class!

Thursday, December 12, 2013

I loved dancing and moving to the music! It was fun and I didn't notice that I was working out. Everyone was very nice since I don't do much of it right yet. They said it gets easier to get it right with time and I believe them. I will go again on Monday! emoticon

Great to read this! It is so important to find things we enjoy doing that take us out of the house, out of the coach! :)

I have been thinking about trying out the class they have at the community center. You make it sound like fun.

So happy you liked Zumba, hoping it will help with some of your pain too. Just keep at it and you'll get the moves. Sounds like a nice group too.
