One step back two steps forward

The key is not to let guilt cause me to quit trying. An all or nothing approach is my usual response.
Exercise for 5 days straight, miss a day and then no exercise for a month is typical until now.
If I take a step back:
I am going to take a walk or do a 10 minute exercise right away.
I am going to make a healthy recipe.
I am going to write in my journal or blog.
Here is the plan! Next time I feel guilt or that I am going backwards I will take these positive steps.
