My favorite thing, besides the "rolling for your team flag," is the marquee of your goals that roll past, and 5 spark points if you review them. I like the way I was guided through the process of adding my own personal goals, besides borrowing some from Spark People.
I'm really good at looking at the goals with my eyes and not listening and taking them to heart. For example: the shortest term goal I have is to walk a 10K by the end of the year. This was derailed by 2 weeks of being sick and another week of freezing, icy roads and sidewalks. I've been walking with my friend Leslie Sansone, but that's definitely not the same thing as stretching out on real sidewalks.
So... here I'm renewing that goal. It's definitely possible at my fitness level. I could probably do it tomorrow, but then I'd have to rest for a day. I'd like to walk 10K without it being really difficult.
Oh, yeah... there's that not pigging out on cookies thing too.... we'll see how that goes.
