Turned down tacos. Yay, me! Even though yeah the corn makes me sick. I miss tacos.

Need to figure out how to make "nutrition notes" for other things than GERD. I do have those, but I would like to have something generalized or for tracking food allergies. I tried to start a note thing on my kindle on a different diet program and it just won't save things properly. I should delete that and get something else.

Kept to my trackers today.

Knee was better for long enough to work in the garden, plant a few things for greens for the chickens, cover half the raised bed, remove some dead plants, and clean up the chicken messes, scrub the walk, and take care of their food and water, etc. That's the best it's been all week. Just threw it out again walking across a bare floor. How does that happen? I'm tired of it.

Still need to figure out where the granddaughter put my resistance bands.

Sorry about your knee, hope it's soon feeling better.
I've been doing the exercises the hospital gave me for my knee and it's inflamed my shin muscle. It's quite painful so I've to rest and ice it and take painkillers.
The doctor calls it a shin splint and it's more usual with runners...I've only been laid on the bed doing my exercises...lol... emoticon

    Good for you for passing on the tacos!

I feel your pain- my back has been out this week- nasty spasms have me doubled over and pretty limited in what I can do. Grrrr....I have THINGS TO DO! lol

Feel better soon and keep up the good work with your eating plan!
