Adventurous Day 6:
Stand while working whenever possible.
Accumulate at least 30 minutes of light medium cardio exercise (It was so funny jogging in the house but it was a non-stop cardio time for me)
Stretch: Dynamic standing, cat stretch, calf stretch, torso stretch, back stretch, neck stretch (I did just a rep each for 30 seconds each)
Identify mistakes in your breakfast e.g. too much sugar, not enough protein etc, for me it is too large a portion and I was conscious of this at each meal today.
One Minute Vacation:
Find a quiet place where you can sit and close your eyes. Breathe deeply and slowly as you visualize your favorite place in the world. Picture yourself there and conjure up all the details - how you feel, what you're wearing, what you see, hear and smell. Stay there for at least one minute.
Daily Challenge Checklist
I started the 30 minute cardio today with a walk in place to put in a little more challenge, I decided to start brisk walk and I broke into a jog within my house. It became a little funny as I became breathless and sweaty, you know running within the living room, corridor and the bedroom. I did it anyway.
