Now that finals are over, it's time to get back to my thesis - my advisor's been asking for a few deliverables, so I need to hunker down and finish them up before I leave town for a MUCH-deserved break!
Here's the food plan for the day:
15 = 2 pickles
500 = swiss chard roasted with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and pepper
200 = 2 bananas
300 = 1c oats
500 = 2.67 servings (8 tablespoons) of hempseed
360 = plain greek yogurt
so, about 2000 calories... one of the first times in a while I've made that mark. but I still weighed in at a HIGHER weight than yesterday :( what is happening?!
back up to 132. just going to keep hydrated and hope that this starts moving in the right direction. I tried on my bikini today... I've got work to do!!! :)
