Keep on Dancing!

Thursday, December 12, 2013

Last evening I went to a community Xmas concert in our town---
It was wonderful!
My 2 young Grand Daughters, stole the show.
They sang, ""I'm getting nuttin' for Christmas"'!--I was so proud of them!
I drove home in minus 28 temperatures outside----on an icey highway----
But-----these are the things that make us "Spark"----Family is so important!--
We have 7 Grand children----and another on the way---
They all are so special!
oh-oh---I must be dreaming too much of better weather----that pic snuck in--

Note-----one lady on stage had the "lap-band" surgery--$17,000------
She has gained a great deal of weight back--a sign to me that her lifestyle changes perhaps were non-existent----
--another lady on stage was extremely thin-----She sells a weight -loss powder---I wouldn't go there-----my nursing background tells me that can't be a normal way to live---
So----I Spark----Hopefully one day I will get to Onederland--one day----
....My rewards will be--living to spend time with the next generation---pretty neat people!
Dance on Sparklers!

Yup . . . both examples of how much more important healthy lifestyle changes are!

Glad you enjoyed your grandchildren's performance!

HUGS and stay warm.

I miss those days when my grandkids were in those programs. They are 18 and 21 but I'd still do anything for them! Happy Holidays! emoticon

I miss the kids concerts - used to get me into the Christmas spirit! Starting to panic now that there is less than two weeks to go! And I love your last picture - I am not a dog! Ha! I have to steal this one. Have an awesome day! Stay warm!
