Not feeling so well today so having to take time out. Dislike when I get hit this way so thinking some about what I need to do for optimum health. It has been hard lately to stick to the program every day doing those things I know are needed. Then my doc really feels I need to juice to get in lots of fruits and vegetables (more than normal). The kefir I drink daily already concerns me about the added calories. Juicing would definitely increase daily calories so I would have to commit again to only eating those things that are really fuel for me. I also struggle because when I don't feel good, I want to turn to comfort foods. But I really don't like feeling like this now so I need to grab hold and figure out as well as do what is needed.
