Yesterday was one of the first days I didn't do a workout video. I have 24 days straight!
My excuse, I was stressed and tired. Doesn't that seem like the perfect reason to exercise?
So I am going to use these tactics suggested:
PUT MY WORKOUT CLOTHES ON
PROMISE MYSELF I ONLY HAVE TO EXERCISE 10 MINUTES AND I CAN STOP IF I WANT
GO FOR A WALK AND REMEMBER HOW MUCH LESS STRESS I FEEL WHEN I GET BACK.
Today I am putting my workout clothes on the minute I get home!
