Recently in October I lost 15 pounds without really trying through more exercise and healthy eating habits. I have been eating more lately- thanksgiving, my anniversary, Christmas brunch with the Bible school ladies etc. I have gained 2 pounds back. I want to get back on track before I am back where I started. I had a healthy reasonable breakfast of 300 calories this am. I'm going to go to Zumba class tomorrow with a friend from Bible study. If I go with her I can try it free and see how I like it. Its geared for beginners and she says no one judges you. You can go at your own pace. Any ideas on how not to overeat with holiday goodies everywhere would be appreciated!
