Today was initially not awesome but my mood improved immediately I hit the gym. I feel so light and cool right now, below is my challenge for the day and how I did through it all.
Accumulate at least 10 minutes of extra walking today
(Apart from my routine today, I did 10 min walk on the treadmill with a 4% incline)
Do 30-45 minutes (altogether or split throughout the day) of steady-state, medium-intensity cardio.
(30 min on the Elliptical Trainer, 15 min on Stationary Bike)
At least 5 Minutes of Stretching after cardio
(Both lower body stretches, neck, back and torso)
Complete the Seated Stretching Routine or the suggested stretches
(I did it to the letter)
If you eat out, go online and find a nearby restaurant that has their menu and nutritional information listed. Choose a healthy meal before you leave the house.
(I did not eat out, took a good portion of all the food classes, fruits and sweet potatoes)
(I did this when I finished working out at the gym, I so enjoyed it I will do it again tonight)
Record your workouts and meals in your journal
(I will do that before going to bed tonight).
