Under 300- with the help of little goals

For the first time in over 10 years I am under 300 lbs. when I stepped on the scale and saw the numbers I had a moment. I also realized something small goals do work. Small changes each day helped me to get to this moment. Measuring portions I did that for the first time ever in my entire life. Write down what I eat I did that ( even though I still am struggling) I try to do everyday. No soda I even did that and according to my tracker it has been over 100 days. Who knew I had the strength to just say no to a daily cola. I used to could not get through the day without at least one trip to the vending machine for a coke soda.
It took something major to get my attention and to focus on health. Now I am committed to do this journey to health. I feel like I need to do everything in a day. But I have learned and have been Sparked to slow down and work on my little goals each day.
