Day 10. What are the ways in which you are "slippery" and might cheat yourself in your efforts to reach your short- or medium-term goal or challenge?
I am trying not to cheat or even think about it. It's only me that really cares and if I know the truth already, there is no point in cheating.
If I want to record a weight and it is not really the correct weight from the scale, what point os there? There is no joy in that.....but really reaching the goal....is fun!!
As far as exercise.. the same thing...if I record 18 mins instead of 15 mins. there's no point..I already know what I've done. Anyway everyday I know I'm doing my best and the result is, whatever the result is.
