Today's Elf for Health challenge is to eat a healthy snack. Not a problem for me:) I eat lots of healthy snacks....some times one too many, but that's why I walk my pups an extra mile or make that spin class a little harder:)
*Lara bars-apple pie is my fav!
*Pure bars-brownie is my fav!
*Smoothies-Plant Fusion is my favorite protein powder (cookies n cream or plain)
*Fruit-apples, pears, and oranges top my list
*tea-green, apple cinnamon, carmel, and lemon ginger are my favs.
