Christmas nails and time to get back on track!!

Tuesday, December 10, 2013

I fell off the wagon at the end of October and am struggling to get back on. I'm ready to go for the running high again. I dont know why when I start seeing results I back off. Thursday is day 1 of the new challenge, and is going to be day 1 of starting back running. Weather looks like it is going to be decent, I dont work that day so no excuses.

I've been working on getting my diet cleaned up. I've been off of soft drinks for over a week with not much want for one. I'm cutting my sweet tea back and have increase my water a lot. I'm adding more fresh fruits and veggies.

I miss the way I felt in October, its time to get that feeling back!!

I'm sorry that I have been so outta the loop on Spark. I stopped tracking but not working out or trying to eat clean. I love that you were able to get rid of soda. We call it pop up here in Canada and friends and I call it "Devil's Piss" haha... really not enjoyable when you think about it in those terms.

Just an idea but have you tried lifting weights? I have found that 10 mins of weight lifting gives me more satisfaction than an hour of running. Plus, muscles are leaner and burn more calories at rest.

WOW lovely nails. Glad you are getting back on track. Great getting off the soda and not missing it. Keep taking those small steps and you will have success in your journey.
