January 2014 is just days away ..... can you believe it?????

I am looking for a challenge! Something to get me excited to try, challenge myself, work towards.

Does anyone have an idea or something they are planning to start in January?? If so, would love to hear your ideas!!

    Aye carumba!!! Something new... I'm going to utilize my new Leslie Sansone DVD that I purchased for the November challenge. I unwrapped it from the plastic... January will be my time to use it!

    I came across some bad ass kettle balls, bit out of my budget, but did find a pair of perfectly capable in my price range do the job ones. "hinted" to the hubz that this was what i wanted in my stocking. so for me? I am going to start a kettle ball routine. :)

    Sadly, I'll be focusing on just getting back to where I was last year! I'm gonna re-kick this stinkin' 15 pounds to proverbial curb and regain at least some of the muscle tone I had worked for!

    Right now I am doing a Christmas Squat Challenge (doing hideous amounts of squats each day) OUCH. But my plan for January is to start jogging more. I have been using the treadmill at the gym this week (my first time!) I can run for three whole minutes already!! So my goal for January and beyond is to keep pushing that number. I'm so excited!

    For me, I am not going to focus on a number or anything -- my goal in 2014 is positive thinking and obliterating every fitness goal I set in front of myself. I know when I can do more fitness-related things, I eat better to hit my goals there.

I turn 30 during 2014, so for my dirty 30 a bunch of people from my gym are all going with me down to a 5-7 mile mud run/obstacle course!! What a way to bring in the next decade, right?

    I have told myself I am going vegan and not changing this time. I keep going broke and can't stay on the healthy eating habits, but I will this time. I know I felt a lot better when I was eating vegan.
