Well, I've been doing really well at treating my one-and-only body better lately.

I've gotten some good exercise pretty regularly... eating better overall, though finding certain days challenging...

Keeping up the good work, and hoping for some slack in my slacks.

    I'm glad to hear it. You are such an on-going inspiration! I have got to get my act together now that schools out for a month and get back on a fitness plan. I am going to start doing it early in the morning now, so that when school starts again it won't wreck my schedule.
